Larsen Auto was highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. The behind-the counter staff was courteous and attentive and they explained in detail what they thought might be best for my car and the cost. Also, a BIG plus is that they provided me with a FREE loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced!! I will definitely be a regular customer for my Volvo.

The best free service rendered by Ron Larsen personally in the parking lot. He studied the worn malfunctioning 2007 Subaru ignition key and sent me to a key shop and provided a battery free of charge for the remote. We are also happy with our service relationship on our 2001 Volvo V70XC, AWD.

The mechanics are thorough and very competent. I really like how they list out any maintenance or issues on the invoice for future reference. Their prices are comparable to other shops in the area.
