Once again, the guys at Larsen's deliver! My check engine light went on, and after scanning the codes, they thought they knew what to repair. However, when I brought it back for the actual repair, the codes had vanished, and they could not find anything wrong with the car, so rescinded the diagnoses charge when I came to pick it up! I have been servicing my car with Larsen's for the past 7-8 years or so, and they have always treated me and my car as if I am their most important client, which I am obviously not! I have had the best services and respect at Larsen's. They also always have a loaner car for me to borrow if I need one! I will use them for as long as I have a gas car! (our other car is electric). Thank you, Chris and Matt in the office too! You are always so helpful on the phone. I remain a loyal customer!

Returning to the Santa Rosa area after many years, we realized we were needing to renew or develop new relationships regarding auto repair, handyman, gardener etc. Well the auto repair became a necessity and a priority. We asked our daughter to talk with her friends for recommendations, unfortunately nothing positive came about because everyone was extremely busy and did not have the time to address the issue we were having with our car. However the last repair shop I spoke with suggested I call Larsen Auto Care, they would sometimes take their overflow work and they are a reputable repair shop. I gave them a call and they too were extremely busy and they could not address the issue immediately, but if I could get our vehicle into their shop they would diagnose the issue and then they could give me a general idea what the issue is and when then could begin to work on our vehicle at which time they would give it a thorough diagnose and provide a complete factual understanding of the issue(S) and cost of parts and labor and time needed to repair. Needless to say we were very happy campers, and very much appreciate the effort and time Larsen Auto Care put in to help someone who was in dire need and wasn't a current customer. Larsen Auto Care followed thru on their word and provided us with outstanding customer service. We are again happy campers driving a well running vehicle. Bottom line, if you are looking for a quality and honorable repair shop that provides outstanding customer service and you do not include Larsen Auto Care in your recherché you will be doing yourself a disservice. Oh FYI for those who are wondering why only 4 stars, only my cardiologist gets 5 stars.

The people at Larsen Auto Care are very professional, and do their best to make sure everything is clear, and understood when doing work and labor on our cars. We've always had an excellent experience there and are thankful we have a trusted place to go with our vehicles.

I think the service was very professional and honest. My only disappointment is that the are now charging a fee to use your credit card.

A/C is expensive work anywhere you go. The team here was easy to communicate and work with, I felt unusually comfortable with them. Honesty seems hard to come by these days, so I appreciated their efforts, and the results were excellent.
