I came into Larsen because I had just received a truck that was was idling roughly, and I wanted it diagnosed in case it could turn into a bigger issue down the road. They charged me nearly $200 to diagnose the problem, which they concluded was a faulty radiator. I trusted Larsen and had them replace it (a ~$600 job, though the diagnostic cost was rolled into it.) When I got the truck back, the problem persisted, but they told me it might take a while to get back to normal. After a month with no change, I brought the truck back in. They did the same exact diagnostic as a month earlier, charging me nearly 200 dollars again, but concluded that they could not find the issue and they needed another $800 to further diagnose it by disassembling the engine. When asked if the issue could be the sparkplugs (due to being informed by the previous owner that he had not changed them in a decade of owning it,) they told me that they had checked them, and they were fine. After telling me the truck could take as much as $2500 to fix after diagnosing it (and if I couldn't afford the repair after the disassembly, they'd "helpfully" take it off my hands as 'junk,') I went to AAA instead. AAA diagnosed it as needing spark plug replacement, and only charged me $200 total. When I got it back from them, it ran fine, and nearly a year later there's still no issues at all. Larsen ripped me off and tried to scam me out of my truck. Don't go here. But if you do, get a second opinion.

Once again, the guys at Larsen's deliver! My check engine light went on, and after scanning the codes, they thought they knew what to repair. However, when I brought it back for the actual repair, the codes had vanished, and they could not find anything wrong with the car, so rescinded the diagnoses charge when I came to pick it up! I have been servicing my car with Larsen's for the past 7-8 years or so, and they have always treated me and my car as if I am their most important client, which I am obviously not! I have had the best services and respect at Larsen's. They also always have a loaner car for me to borrow if I need one! I will use them for as long as I have a gas car! (our other car is electric). Thank you, Chris and Matt in the office too! You are always so helpful on the phone. I remain a loyal customer!

A/C is expensive work anywhere you go. The team here was easy to communicate and work with, I felt unusually comfortable with them. Honesty seems hard to come by these days, so I appreciated their efforts, and the results were excellent.
