The customer service I received was stellar. From inquiry to my car being fixed, the communication was on point and the process was smooth. They went above and beyond. My truck is performing so much better! They fixed my ac, tie rods, and a few other things. Highly recommend.

My car had a rear catalytic converter replaced, an oxygen sensor , new battery, and a pair new wind shield wipers. I had a loaner car while the work was done. The entire price was very reasonable. A great auto repair shop . Front desk managers helpful and friendly.

The factory warranty on our Honda CRV had expired and we were looking for an alternative to the dealer that had been servicing the vehicle. We found Larsen Auto Care online and we’re impressed with their mission statement and how they interacted with customers. We did have a mechanical issue with the vehicle and it was diagnosed and repaired in short order and we enjoyed our interaction with all employees there at the shop. We’re looking forward to our ongoing relationship with Larsen Auto Care to care for the two Honda vehicles that we do own. Big thanks to the team at Larsen auto care.

I've been using Larsen for my succession of cars since 2011. I have found them to be consistently friendly, honest, willing to help out in a pinch, and always give me trustworthy recommendations. They've also helped out with referrals if need be. Lots of things in my life are stressful, but not my auto care, thanks to Larsen. Plus I live the free loaner cars that make leaving my car for the day easy. Thank you!!
