While living in Santa Rosa my 2005 Honda CRV was serviced at Larsons and always had a courteous and helpful assistance. I moved to Reno, NV and just this week brought white thunder in for a diagnosis and work. Always a pleasant experience and totally trust their opinion, workmanship and follow up.

I have the utmost confidence and trust in Larsen Auto Care. The staff are very personable and attentive. There service is thorough and they stand by their work.

Best garage, best service I've ever found. I met them through a new friend, it's been a huge gift. I was overspending (4 times over) to have my truck serviced elsewhere and I didn't trust the people working on my truck but I trust these wonderful folks and they truly go above and beyond for all of their customers.

Wow! I am always extremely impressed by this shop! From Matt and Chris in the office, always inviting, positive, informative, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Always willing to take the time to explain things in detail to help me understand. The technicians in the shop are top notch! They do incredible work in a timely fashion. I always appreciate the text message and email reminders for my appointments. Car repairs aren't cheap, just like anything these days, however I would much rather give my money to a shop that works so hard to provide the "old school" customer service and repairs that so many businesses are lacking. I always tell everyone about this shop, and I hope if you're reading this review this will convince you to pick up the phone and give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!
