Larsen Auto has been my go-to auto repair shop in Santa Rosa for several years now. Recently they replaced a warped rotor that was under warranty for free. Excellent service

Can't go wrong with these guys.

As usual, the service that was needed was thoroughly explained, as was the work done after it was completed. The response to a semi-emergency situation (we had to have our car towed from being stuck in a parking lot) and the work was done efficiently in a day. All employees were friendly, efficient and helpful. Can't ask much more from a service business.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. After I dropped the car off they contacted me and noted that there were other scheduled services due, but put no pressure on me to have them done then. Work was done on time at a reasonable price. As always, everybody I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I'm been taking my cars to Ron since his shop was in Windsor. I have never had an issue with him or his work and have never hesitated to recommend Larsen's to everybody I know. None of the people who have followed that recommendation have ever had a bad thing to say about the shop, either.

I love bringing my Volvo here…!!!They are the best in every way.. so professional and also heart felt! I choose this place as my main mechanic.. they know my car really well . I totally trust them . They lend me a car so I could go ahead with life easily.. they are all positive people and I always leave with a smile. Ron the owner takes his time out of his busy day to say hi and make sure everything is ok.. I am super grateful for them . I have come here countless of times and will return always.

Above and beyond with the service, and very personable team. I have been here a few times and never been upsold, and often given some good advice for no extra charge.
