I tried to take my car to another shop based on more than one recommendation. That shop wasn't taking new clients, and they referred me to this shop. I was able to have my car serviced in less than a week and I am happy with the customer service. I was given a loaner car, so I didn't have to wait. I'll be back.

Took my 1999 Durango in for the usual maintenance (oil change, fluids, etc.) and they discovered my ball joints were bad. It had been making this loud banging sound whenever I encountered bumps/pot holes (of which here in Sonoma County pot holes rule the roads!) and it turns out the ball joints were the culprits. They fixed the front end and it’s never ridden better and the incessant banging is history! Not only was it fixed in a timely manner but I didn’t go broke paying for it. Larsen’s is the only auto repair shop for me and I highly recommend them!

I am a longtime customer of Larsen. I have an older car, but it looks good and is in excellent condition, thanks to the service from Larsen. I prefer to go to Larsen than the dealer. I get an honest estimate and I trust them. All the staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
