You need to know this! I owned an auto repair facility and know the ins and outs of the business and how essential customer service is! A few months ago Larsons did an excellent job installing a radiator in my daughters Toyota 4Runner. They were kind and very professional. A couple of days ago my daughter drove home from college and said her car was making a noise. I discovered the overflow hose to the radiator was broken off at the radiator. No one has been under the hood since the radiator was installed. It just broke. Called Larson and set up a time to bring it in. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! They warranted and replaced the radiator with excellence, timely and at no charge. They also didn’t upcharge me for other items that they could have found that may or may not have needed repair. This is an honest reputable repair facility of the highest caliber! I will not take my cars anywhere else now. They have earned my loyalty and trust even though I wasn’t invited to their Friday barbecue…...again. ;-]

Best auto mechanics in town!! They have amazing customer service, listen if you problems, and *actually* diagnose complex issues.

These guys are great (as usual) ! All pretty simple today, just a service appointment but in addition, they helped me with a few little pesky details I was worried about and the bottom line was NOT inflated like everything else I bought today! 10/10 service with these fellas! I’ve brought my vehicles here for the past 5 years and found them to be knowledgeable, transparent in their prices, and quick. I truly trust their work and recommend this garage whenever I have a friend or family member that needs a repair.

Recently had my 2006 Toyota Highlander in for timing belt replacement and had a great experience. Very affordable rates compering to other places I asked and the communication was great. Would definitely come back there and will recommend others. Thank you

I have complete confidence in Larsen Auto Care. They are friendly, experienced and efficient. So nice to not have to double guess who you are dealing with.

I really don't like to reveal a good secret. When it gets busy, it's hard to find time on their schedule and get that loaner when we really need it. We only had one car and we live almost an hour away. But I must give credit where credit is due! Ron Larsen, Steve and Ellie are terrific. The gave me a quote and when the parts didn't work, they installed OEM. The price climbed unexpectedly, and they honored the quote. The quality of workmanship is good. They are honest and trustworthy. Only problem was, I wanted to buy the loaner but they wouldn't sell and I couldn't find one. So we found one in Massachusetts, had it shipped and now they service our second Volvo. thanks Ron and crew! We are fans!

I so much appreciate the honesty at Larsen’s. I took my 2015 Lexus here for regular service and had no reason to believe my car had any problems. When I moved to the EB and a new shop, I was told I need over $6k worth of repairs, changing hoses and fans and whatnot. Needless to say I am back with Larsen’s, thank you!
