I am a longtime customer of Larsen. I have an older car, but it looks good and is in excellent condition, thanks to the service from Larsen. I prefer to go to Larsen than the dealer. I get an honest estimate and I trust them. All the staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Took my car in to Larsen Auto Care to check out why my headlights (both) were not working. High beams were functioning properly. Matt was very helpful explaining the process and patiently answered my questions. Also asked that the battery terminal connectors be checked. Battery was recently replaced somewhere else and they told me about the issue. Luckily after checking this out nothing was wrong. The connectors only needed to be tightened. A loaner car was available for my use while my car was worked on. Great customer service and friendly staff that can't be beat!

I've been looking for an 'auto care home' for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I gave Larsen's a try yesterday, and am very pleased with the service, especially the diagnostic expertise which fixed a worrisome front end rattle. I've found the Auto Care I've been looking for! Thank you.
