The whole team at Larsen Auto Care were welcoming, responsive and caring. First to an emergency battery replace which also required new connectors then to a followup oil change with a few maintenance items included. I was treated like a human being not a walking wallet. I was able to talk directly with Ron who was supervising all work on the car. He showed and explained in ways I could understand. My two complaints were they used standard oil when I usually use synthetic. Next time I will know to ask for what I want in advance. The second is a pet peeve I have about the auto reminder for oil changes. I like mine turned off. I am sick to death of being nagged by my electronics. They did a fantastic job of clearing all the grunge off my headlight covers. My sweet ride now has sparkling eyes! Thanks you.

We needed our vehicle checked over for a cross country trip. These people did such a thorough job and gave us complete peace of mind. They even recommended we have our headlamps refurbished which was so brilliant and now so are our headlights! Thanks so much for everything.

Larsen Auto Repair is the only professional auto repair shop I have ever taken my car to. They went right to work on the vehicle upon my arrival. The work and explanations of the work was exceptional. I had the car aligned and suspension checked. I appreciated the care they took with the car. And the shop is unbelievably clean and organized, which is always a good sign. When I drove off, I could feel the difference in the car's handling. Thank you, Larsen Automotive - I highly recommend

What a pleasant experience. From the nice, clean, waiting room, to the really pleasant people to talk to, to the clean and orderly shop. They listened to what I had to say, took notes, and took care of business. They found the problem of my EVAP leak, fixed it, and now no more red engine light on my dash display. They even noted and let me know what maintenance items that were coming up. Larsen Auto Care in my opinion, is definitely 5 star. And they even gave me a Veteran discount. That was nice.

The service on my truck went well except that the steering wheel wasn't straightened out as I requested and the loaner car suffered inability to start while in a parking lot. AAA got it started again. R Zimmer
